I specialise in capturing the joyful and whimsical moments of your baby's early years, through maternity, newborn and cake smash photography sessions. 

Located near Andover, about 20 minutes from Salisbury, I provide a fun and creative environment where your little one can explore and enjoy a beautifully crafted cake. Outfits, props and the cake are all provided for you, so you just turn up and get messy!

CHECK OUT WHAT HAPPENS DURING A CAKE SMASH SHOOT

I will take some timeless portraits before moving on to the birthday cake smash itself and finishing with photos of your little one splashing in a vintage tin bath with lots of bubbles, which means you get to take a nice clean baby home with you! The session will take approximately one hour and I recommend that you book your photoshoot when your baby is 11 months old, so you have your 1st birthday images in time for your little one’s big day. This also means that they are less mobile and less likely to disappear off set!

CAKE SMASH PHOTOSHOOT SESSIONS MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Cream backdrop, a giant white balloon and various props to choose from, including a vintage style car, wooden bowls, a miniature rustic style wooden bed, soft fluffy rugs and a little wooden chair
Wooden letters spelling out the word ‘ONE’
The cake – I tend to prefer a ‘naked’ iced vanilla cake with flowers or a wooden cake topper, or a giant cupcake, to keep it simple and all about baby rather than the decorations
A post cake smash bath tub session in a vintage style bath tub, complete with bubbles galore!
After the session, I will professionally edit 20 images and invite you back to my studio for your viewing and purchase session. Once you’ve seen your images, you can choose which photos you’d like to keep forever, supplied as digital downloads, prints, wall art, albums or other products. PHOTO PACKAGES

I have a choice of three packages for you to choose from, starting at £295 for 5 images. You also have the option to personalise your package by adding fine art prints, framed prints, personalised albums and other professional photo products. All products are produced by specialist photographic printers, who only work with professional photographers. I am here to help you create a bespoke package to meet your individual requirements.

Grandparents will love your images almost as much as you will. 

I provide a range of products for you to gift to them and the whole family. 

I also offer interest free payment plans, to help you spread the cost and to ensure you get everything you want from your photoshoot, to remember these treasured times forever.

There is a session fee of £75 to book with me, which is separate from your chosen package.

Typically, a cake smash session lasts about an hour, which includes pre-smash portraits, the cake smash itself, and a fun splash bath afterward to clean up. This duration allows for capturing a variety of beautiful moments.

Absolutely! Family members and siblings are encouraged to join in the fun. This adds depth to your photos and creates lasting memories. There is a small additional fee to accommodate extra time and editing.

Not all babies are eager to dive into their cake, and that's perfectly fine! I capture the natural reactions and expressions, whether they explore gently or decide to smash it. Every moment is special, and I aim to reflect your baby's personality through my photography.

You’ll be invited to a private viewing session around a week after the shoot, where you can see a curated gallery of over 20 beautifully edited images. This allows you to choose your favourites for prints or digital packages.
