What information I collect

Photographs
The photographs created during your session remain protected by copyright.
Your photographs will only be used for advertising or promoting H Jones Photography where you have given permission through your signed Photography Client Agreement or another consent form. You may withdraw your consent for future use at any time by contacting me.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Your photographs and proof images will never be used by H Jones Photography to train artificial intelligence systems.
Clients must not upload photographs or proof images supplied by H Jones Photography to artificial intelligence platforms for editing, enhancement, expansion, style transfer or image generation without prior written permission, as set out in the Photography Client Agreement.
How long I keep your information
Client records are retained only for as long as necessary.
- Online galleries are normally available for approximately two days unless otherwise agreed. - Edited photographs and backup copies are retained for up to 12 months after your viewing session. - Financial records are retained for the period required by law.
After these periods, information is securely deleted unless there is a legal reason to retain it.
